Paul Barnes

Paul Vincent Barnes Jr "PJ" was born December 24, 1990 in Riverside California to Shona Butler and Paul Vincent Barnes Sr. From birth we knew he was going to be special because we thought we were having a girl. He came out looking just like a little troll but his daddy loved him anyway. PJ blossomed into the cutest little boy you ever seen always being mistakenly as a little girl, with his big brown eyes and his curly lashes as he would call them. 

As a child PJ loved snakes, paint balling, fishing, basketball and riding his dirt bike with his dad and brothers. PJ excelled all through school. Stayed on the honors rolls, and made the principle list, and of course made many friends.

PJ was raised most of his life in Riverside until he moved to Georgia to help his sister with her family. HE attended North Side High School his last year and worked part time. 

He then moved to Kansas 2012 still trying to find himself he began working at the DFAC on post. With a certain gentleman's "Tucker" helped PJ flourish in cooking. Started getting so big headed that he really thought he could out cook his momma. But he really did like to cook and on a good sunny day he didn't mind throwing something on the grill, matter of fact it could be snowing. For pass time he loved playing video games with his brother and watching movies at home.

While working at the DFAC he met Allison Smith not only his wife but his best friend. They got married on June 15, 2018. Now have two beautiful little girls. Who he lied with in Leavenworth, KS.

PJ leaves behind a wife Allison Barnes. One son JaCorey Barnes, two daughters Ava Barnes, Olivia Barnes. His two dogs Choppo and Cookie. Mother Shona Roberts, father Paul Barnes, four sisters Shawntel Key, Lashawn Bonnet, Taylor Johnson, and MicQuasha Riddle. Four brothers, Anthony Lancaster, Elijah Barnes, Nicolas Hayes, MicQuiel Riddle.

Stepmother Lashantay Roberts, Mother-in-Law Regina Mathis and brother-in-law Samuel Mathis. Two grandmothers Willie Mae Linton, and Shirley Barnes. Three aunties, Mary Mattox, Sandra Townsend, Veronica Clingscale. Seven uncles, Ralph Mattox, Eric Townsend, Lenny Clingscale, Harris Estell, Leroy Barnes, Vernon Barnes, Andrew Young. With a host of cousins and friends.
