Antionette Marie Folkins-Josenberger was born August 25, 1975 to Dewana J. Folkins-Hunt and Irving L. Josenberger.
Antionette accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Pleasant Green Baptist Church.
She went to Benjamin Banneker Elementary, Northwest Middle School and graduated from Schlagle High School in 1993.
She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends. Antionette's life mission was to ensure that her children and grandchildren lived a purposeful, happy and healthy life.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather JC Hunt, maternal grandmother Angela Folkins, her maternal grandfather Ulysses S. Wright II, her paternal grandmother Katie Josenberger and her paternal grandfather Alfonso Josenberger.
Antionette departed this earthly life on Sunday, April 24, 2022.
She leaves to cherish her memories: Her soul mate Fernando F. Hooks and father of their children of Kansas City, KS. Her loving daughters: Shalesa D. Hooks (Aaron Smith), Chelse M. Hooks (Deon Tripp) of Kansas City, KS and a loving son: Emanuel F. Hooks of Kansas City, KS. Two loving Granddaughters: Eryn Skye and Onahleia Nai'Lee Tripp of Kansas City, KS. Her loving mother: Dewana J. Folkins-Hunt of Kansas City, KS., Her biological father: Irving L. Josenberger of Kansas City, KS. Four loving sisters: Dametria D. Mitchell (Michael Gillom) of Kansas City, KS., Denella Jones (Hunt) of Kansas City, MO., Larenda Martin (Kevin Martin) of North Kansas City, MO. and three loving brothers: JC Hunt Jr., of Kansas City, KS., Irving Josenberger Jr. (Nicolette Josenberger) of Kansas City, KS. and Lorenzo Josenberger-Llyod of Kansas City, KS.
Bonus children: loving daughter: Re'Nesha L. Holley (Grandsons: Jamari Harris, Josiah Spivey and Jaxson Holley) of Kansas City, Kansas and loving son: Cyncere I. Hooks of Kansas City, Kansas. Along with a HOST of other God children and God grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, aunts,uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
