John W. Hutton, Jr was born on September 27, 1950 in Nowata, Oklahoma to John W. Hutton, Sr and Priscilla (Walker) Hutton. John was the third child welcomed into this union. John attended school in Nowata and graduated in 1968. Immediately following graduation John was drafted into the US Navy and was deployed to Vietnam. John departed the military in 1971 with an honorable discharge. After the military he moved to Independence Ks and lived with his sister and her family until he met and married his wife of 48 years Deborah (Debby) Wesley- Hutton. John served as a police officer for the city of Independence Ks, until the family moved to Wichita, Ks. John worked for Vulcan Materials for thirty years before health issues forced him into early retirement. John's health continued to decline and on Thanksgiving Day God called him home from labor to reward. John was a quiet person, but he was a hard worker. He loved to fish, and he did some hunting but most of all he enjoyed his OU Boomer Sooner football games. He was proceeded in death by his parents, brother, Robert Hutton, Niece, Donna McIntosh- Collins, Grandson Emmanuel Hutton, Great Granddaughter Audriaunna Hutton. John is survived by his wife Debby, Son Eric Hutton, Daughter Nichole Hutton-Colbert, Son James Hutton (Elisa). Grandsons Darrius Hutton, Tryrese Hutton, Isaiah Hutton. Granddaughters Mateya Hutton, Kiara Colbert, Marseya Hutton, Isabella Hutton, Brielle Hutton. And a host of loving family and friends.
