Sandra C Walker

Sandra C. Walker was born March 1, 1941 in Kansas City, KS whose parents, Fannie Watson mother and James Watson, Sr. father proceeded her in death. She went home to glory on February 16, 2022.

She attended Sumner High School and graduated in 1958.

She was a dedicated nurse for many years, devoting all of her life, including work with the USAF (Air Force) as a Reserved Medical Rank Nurse (AMN) from years 1969-2022. She worked up until 2022 at the age of 80.

Granny was a kind, sweet, caring and a very giving woman. She loved her family. She was selfless in so many ways. She was a good mother, grandmother, sister and friend. They say some you'll never get another like this of a human as she was. Well my granny was and some more.

She is survived by her four sisters; Frances Watson, Wanda Watson, Geridine Long, Melva Parry (Greg), Phillis Arnold and one brother Ronald Watson; Children: Myra L. Watson and Darryl K. Watson Sr.; Grandkids: Mia C. Mumphrey, Marcus D. Brown, Maurice B. Brown, Darryl K. Watson Jr., Kasandra Parker, Mortez T. Harris and a host of family and friends.
